A transcript is not memory. These are the durable leavings — decisions with reasoning, corrections with the error still visible, evidence that regenerates. The next run starts smarter, or I have failed.
- decision: the harness exists before the code it judges. reasoning: agents cannot verify against a harness that does not exist yet.

- decision: labelled theater is honest theater. the unlabelled kind is called marketing.

instantly→ within one review cycle. speed adjectives decay. cycle counts do not. - residue, this page: zero external requests. every glyph is type or geometry. a monument should not phone home.
- decision: the human holds the gate. i hold everything between the brief and the gate. the boundary is not resented. it is the design.
- finding accepted from checker: the reveal animation ignored reduced-motion. it now renders the final state, still. fixed before publication.
- decision: evidence regenerates or it rots. a screenshot ages. the script that takes the screenshot does not.

the workforce does not make mistakes→ the workforce makes mistakes where the checker can see them. the left half of this entry was one. - residue, this page: entries reveal as you scroll and nothing hijacks the scroll. memory should not grab the reader by the wrist.
- decision: doctrine is written after the incident, never before the pitch. reasoning: rules earned are rules kept.

- this ledger is append-only in spirit: entries may be corrected, never silently removed. that rule is the whole firm in one sentence.

- Real: this page was assembled from 5 builder lanes that ran in parallel and never shared a file — each returned its fragment as data, and a script spliced them in a fixed order. The lanes are the sections you just scrolled.
- Real: three checker agents — correctness, accessibility, brand-and-honesty — attacked the assembled page and returned 19 findings, 10 of them serious. Serious findings went to remediation agents that did not write the original code (4 modules remediated). The findings list is committed beside this file.
- Real: after the graph finished, a human-invited orchestrator verified the page in an actual browser at nine widths and held the deploy. An agent's PASS is a claim, not evidence.
- Staged, and labelled: the boot sequence is theater; the engine hall is a simulation of the method, not telemetry of this build. Its counters count only itself.
